Are You Ready to Become a
Future-Ready Property?

We help commercial properties across NYC explore Tesla Superchargers, available incentives, and charging revenue, from our first conversation to the day your stalls go live.

Site Assessment

We come to you. Walk your property, evaluate electrical infrastructure, and identify every incentive you qualify for - before you spend a dollar.

Incentive Navigation

We track every program — NY State tax credits, utility make-ready funding, and NYSERDA and NEVI opportunities — and prepare the applications and documentation for each one you qualify for. We do the paperwork; your accountant files the tax credit.

Tesla Supercharger Coordination

We guide you through Tesla's Supercharger programs, from the host application to Supercharger for Business. Once live, your stalls appear in Tesla's in-car navigation and app.

Project Management

PMP-certified execution from permits to installation to activation. Every milestone tracked and reported. You run your business - we run the project.

After go-live we monitor your charging revenue, track program renewals, and identify new incentive opportunities. We are your long-term energy partner.

We build you a complete financial picture - incentives available, revenue forecast, and project timeline - completely free, no strings attached.

What Could Your Property Earn?

Adjust the sliders below to estimate your property's EV charging potential and incentive value. No sign-up required.

4 Stalls
Tesla's minimum is 4 stalls. One Tesla cabinet powers up to 8, so sites can start small and expand.
6 Sessions / day
$14.00

Estimates are illustrative, based on industry utilization data. Revenue shown is gross — before electricity costs and Tesla's $0.10/kWh network fee. Tax credit shown assumes each stall counts as a separate $5,000 installation, which we're confirming with the NY Tax Department; it could be as low as $5,000 per site. Actual results vary.

Our Team

Built on Faith. Driven by Purpose.

The Charge Forward Group was born from a simple observation: EV charging programs are complex and change often, and many New York businesses with good parking lots don't know what they qualify for. We built this company - three siblings, one mission - to change that, one property at a time.

Common Questions

Everything You Need to Know

No jargon. No runaround. Just straight answers.

Does this cost my business anything? ▼
Your site assessment and revenue projection are always free. Project costs depend on your site, the number of stalls, and the electrical work required, so before you commit we give you a complete picture: estimated costs, every incentive you qualify for (such as New York's tax credit of up to $5,000 per installation), and projected charging revenue. If paying upfront isn't the right fit, we'll also walk you through financing, smaller starting projects, and partner-funded options where your site qualifies.
How long does the process take? ▼
Timelines depend mostly on utility work and permitting. Con Edison notes its utility process alone can take 8 to 15 months, which is why we start early and run applications, permits, and Tesla coordination in parallel. We'll give you a site-specific timeline after your assessment.
Do I need to own the property? ▼
Not necessarily. We work with property owners, tenants with long-term leases, and property managers. Tenants usually need the landlord's approval, and we'll assess your situation during the free consultation.
What happens after the chargers are installed? ▼
If you own the stalls, you set the charging price and earn revenue from each session. Tesla handles software, payments, billing, mapping, and driver support for $0.10 per kWh, and we keep looking for ways to improve results. If Tesla hosts the stalls, the terms are set in your agreement with Tesla.
What areas do you serve? ▼
We currently serve all five boroughs of New York City and surrounding areas. We consider projects elsewhere in the tri-state area case by case.
Are the incentive amounts guaranteed? ▼
Incentive amounts are based on current program guidelines and are subject to eligibility confirmation. We pursue every incentive you qualify for, but actual amounts depend on your specific property and program availability at time of application.
Transparent Pricing

How We Get Paid

No hidden fees. No surprises. Much of our compensation is tied to your results. Here is the complete picture before you sign anything.

Step 1
Project Initiation & Setup
Your first site assessment is always free. Once you decide to move forward, a flat engagement fee covers program research, your full cost and revenue model, and project setup.
Step 2
Project Management Fee
3% of installed project cost, in line with owner's representative rates. Covers management of Tesla, permits, contractors, and utility work from start to activation, led by our PMP-certified project manager.
Ongoing
Revenue Share
10% of net charging margin (after Tesla's fee and electricity), starting Month 1 of operation. We only earn when your stalls are profitable.
Tesla Application & Coordination
A flat fee covering Tesla Supercharger for Business application, site coordination, and program navigation. Due upon Tesla application submission.
Incentive Success Fee
When larger programs are available, such as utility make-ready funding, a success fee applies only to funds we secure for you. No results, no fee on this portion.
The Bottom Line
You always know what you're paying for, and our long-term earnings grow only when your chargers earn.
Flat fees cover setup and the Tesla application. Project management is priced to the size of your project. Our revenue share comes from charging income that did not exist before our partnership, and success fees apply only to incentive funds we actually secure. Pricing is tailored to each engagement — schedule a free consultation to discuss what works for your property.
